Eligible Refund Scenarios

A refund request may be considered under the following circumstances:

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of ongoing services, including book publishing services, Amazon self publishing support, Ingram self publishing support, or legal recovery procedures where applicable.
