Services Provided

• Book editing, proofreading, and manuscript formatting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership rights to final approved deliverables created by Ingram Digital Publishing, including written content, designs, illustrations, formatted files, publishing assets, and marketing materials.

Until a project has been paid in full, all work remains the intellectual property of Ingram Digital Publishing. Final files, publishing assets, or platform-ready materials may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.

Clients are responsible for confirming they have the legal rights to all manuscripts, content, images, ideas, references, and materials submitted for use in their projects.

Payment Terms

All pricing displayed on our website or shared through proposals, invoices, or consultations is subject to change without prior notice.

• A project deposit may be required before work begins
• Remaining balances must be cleared before final delivery
• Rush projects may require full upfront payment
• Payments are securely processed through approved payment gateways

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, taxes, or financial institution charges.

Refund & Revision Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Revision and refund terms depend on the package, project stage, service type, and scope of work purchased.

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse, pause, or terminate projects that involve:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
• Defamatory, hateful, or abusive material
• Content promoting violence or unlawful activities
• Any material deemed inappropriate under applicable laws

If prohibited content is discovered during a project, we reserve the right to terminate services without refund.
